Refund Policy
After manufacturing and marketing LiquidCMO and other nutraceutical products since 1996, we are well aware that approximately 8% of our customers do not realize results that are satisfactory to them after using 2 bottles of LiquidCMO. For this 8% of customers we are offering the following refund policy.
The Liquid CMO Refund policy provides a refund for a maximum of two bottles of full strength LiquidCMO. Refund requests must be mailed with your sales receipt, credit card information and empty bottles and must be received by us between Day 60 and Day 90 following your purchase date. This policy should allow you sufficient time, after finishing the 2 bottles, to evaluate any benefits that you have received from LiquidCMO. People who obtain refunds may not purchase Liquid CMO again unless they do liver cleansing prior to additional purchase.

To receive a refund in the Continental United States call (877)734-4261 during US Mountain Time business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with your sales receipt number and credit card information. We will make a note of this information, and the fact that you wish to receive a refund, and when we have received the empty bottles, we will reimburse your funds. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. To receive a refund outside the Continental United States call (877)734-4261 during US Mountain Time business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with your sales receipt number and credit card information. Please tell us what condition you were trying to address by using the LiquidCMO, and inform us that you have received absolutely no benefit from Full Strength LiquidCMO. This information will help us to work on our formulas to better serve our future customers. We will credit your refund to the credit card you used to purchase your LiquidCMO products. Your refund will appear on your next statement as a credit from LiquidCMO, LLC. Liquid CMO is dose related, so finishing the first two bottles is important. This is particularly true for customers who have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia, and who have been on Corticosteroids, Methotrexate, and Plaquenil. In many of these cases where the Liquid CMO did not work, we have been told by the customers themselves that they later did liver function tests, and their liver was in a compromised state at the time they took the LiquidCMO.
Many of these customers have come back to our product after going through a liver cleansing regimen and have had great results with LiquidCMO. Many clients with a history of taking immune suppressing medications will perhaps notice only a modest improvement after the first 2 bottles, which is an indication that LiquidCMO is working and they will probably decide to continue with additional LiquidCMO use. Slow steady improvement should finally give these individuals a better quality of life.
